The treatment plan may include joint mobilization/manipulation, massage or soft tissue mobilization, hands on stretching, dry needling, and exercises to address mobility, strength, and endurance issues.  In addition, cervical traction may be indicated as it has been shown to be helpful for this condition.  Neural tissue mobilization exercises can also be helpful with arm symptoms.  Neural tissue exercises involves the concept of “flossing” the nerves that run from the neck to the fingers.
