Advanced Physical Therapy Center opened its doors in October of 1998. Paul Anderson, PT, OCS had a desire to offer high quality “hands- on” physical therapy services to the Denver, NC area. Since that time, a steady growth has occurred as more and more people have experienced the benefits and their Physicians have seen the results from the type of care provided.

Our clinic provides treatment for orthopaedic conditions, post surgical care, worker’s compensation, dysfunction due to disease or injury, and balance and coordination problems. This care includes one to one care with a Licensed Physical Therapist, not a tech or assistant.

Our focus is to provide the highest quality care that returns people to a pre-injury or illness state or brings them to the highest level of function their body will allow. We make every effort to stay on top of the most current advances in rehabilitation through continuing education classes and scientific journals. Our focus is to treat the source of the problem which brings results.

Those who have suffered injury or disease affecting the muscles, bones, discs, ligaments or tendons of the body will benefit from an assessment by a physical therapist specialized in orthopedics.

Our office is open Monday thru Friday by appointment. We offer both early morning and evening appointments.
